Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we stand behind the quality of the parts we sell. Because used engines and transmissions are specialty freight items, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
Engines, transmissions, and mechanical assemblies may be returned only with prior written authorization.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
After 30 days, items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
All returned items must be in the same assembled condition in which they were delivered.
Any unit that has been opened, disassembled, altered, or tampered with will not be eligible for refund or exchange under any circumstance.
Fees & Customer Responsibility
All returned orders and cancellations are subject to a 25% handling and processing fee.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including:
Original outbound freight
Return freight
Additional freight for exchanges (if applicable)
If the part was mis-ordered or misdiagnosed, the customer is responsible for:
The 25% processing fee
Freight charges both ways
Residential deliveries incur a $250 residential freight delivery fee unless a commercial delivery address is provided.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Inspection & Condition Requirement
Customers must inspect the item at delivery before signing the freight bill.
Any visible damage must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery.
Cosmetic condition is not guaranteed; parts may require cleaning or refinishing.
Mileage is not guaranteed and is stated to the best of our knowledge.
Warranty Note (Not Labor-Covered)
Warranty covers internal components only, not external accessories.

Installation costs
Towing
Rental vehicles
Diagnostic time
Failure to install the engine or transmission within 10 business days from delivery will void the warranty.
Core Returns (If Applicable)
Core refunds require:
Return within 30 days
Core must be assembled, undamaged, and free of cracks or holes
Disassembled or damaged cores will not qualify for refund
Final Notes
We make every effort to provide accurate fitment and compatibility. OEM parts may interchange across multiple years and models; we guarantee the part will fit the vehicle as described at the time of sale.
